Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Each picture is made of small colored tiles. Tap a color patch that touches the bottom row, or tap a bucket on the shelf, and the tiles fly into their bucket while the tiles above slide down like sand. A color without a bucket waits in a jar on the tray. Clear every tile to restore the picture.
I'm stuck on a level. What can I do?
Every level can be solved without boosters, and retrying is free. If you want help, use the boosters Hammer, Extra Jar and Paint Bomb, which you can buy with credits in the Museum Shop.
How do I get more credits?
You earn credits by finishing levels; more stars give more credits. You can also watch an optional short video for extra credits. Videos only play when you choose to watch one.
Why are there ads?
Ads keep Museum Art free. A small banner can appear on menu screens, but never while you are solving a picture, and sometimes a full-screen ad appears between levels. Reward videos are always optional.
How do I change my privacy choices?
Where the law requires consent, use the Privacy Settings button in Settings to change your ad choices at any time. To control tracking, open iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, automatically, on your device. There is no account or online sync, so deleting the app also deletes your progress.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings › Language. By default the game follows your device language; 19 languages are available.
Can I see the tutorial again?
Yes: open Settings and tap Replay next to Tutorial.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later.
