Museum Art – Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Who we are
Museum Art is developed by Berat Seyhan, an independent developer in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, write to beratseyhan@icloud.com.
In short
Museum Art has no account or sign-in, and we do not operate servers that collect your data. Your progress stays on your device. The game shows ads from Google AdMob; Google collects some data to deliver and measure these ads, as described below.
Data on your device
Your progress, settings and language choice are saved in a file on your device. This data is not sent to us and is deleted when you delete the app.
Advertising by Google AdMob
The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. When an ad is requested, Google may collect your IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), device identifiers (including Apple’s advertising identifier, IDFA, only if you allow tracking), information about the ads you see and tap, app interactions such as launches and taps, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance information. Google uses this data to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, personalize ads. Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
Android version (Google Play): ads by Unity
The Android version from Google Play shows ads from Unity Ads, delivered through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies). It does not contain Google AdMob or Tenjin and offers no in-app purchases. When an ad is requested, Unity may collect your IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), your device’s advertising ID and other device identifiers, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic data. Unity uses this data to show and measure ads, prevent fraud and, if you allow it, personalize ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for your choice before any ad is loaded. Everywhere, you can turn Personalised ads off in Settings: you will still see ads, but they are not personalized and your data is not sold or shared for advertising. You can also delete your advertising ID in the Android settings.
Your choices
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent with Google’s consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy Settings button in the game’s Settings. On iPhone and iPad the game asks for permission before it uses the advertising identifier; you can change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you say no, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
Purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases (credit packs and Remove Ads). Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never receive your payment details. To confirm your purchases and restore what you own, the game uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat receives a random ID created by the app, your purchase history (product, price, currency, date and Apple transaction ID) and your device’s language and region. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
Ad campaign measurement (Tenjin)
To learn which of our ad campaigns bring new players, the game uses Tenjin (Tenjin, Inc.). Tenjin receives the install and each start of the app, a few game milestones (levels completed, the first reward video watched, purchases) and ad revenue, together with device information (model, iOS version, language, country, IP address) and Apple’s identifier for vendors (IDFV). Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared only if you allow tracking. Where the law requires consent and you have not given it, nothing is sent to Tenjin. Apple’s SKAdNetwork reports to advertising networks only an anonymous number that reflects your progress in the game, never your identity. You can change your choices with the Privacy Settings button in Settings and in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Children
Museum Art is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye’s personal data protection law, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. We do not hold personal data about you; for data processed by Google for advertising, use the choices above or see Google’s privacy policy. You can always contact us at beratseyhan@icloud.com.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version. If a translation differs from the English text, the English version applies.
